随着我国公务员制度的建立,中央国家机关和地方国家机关的进人渠道逐步走上法制化的轨道,与此同时,公务员的招考成为一大热门话题。综观我国各地及中央机关公务员招考工作中的一些基本做法,笔者认为,公务员招考工作还有待于完善,以便进一步形成规范、统一的格局和运行机制。 一、公务员招考工作现状 就当前公务员招考工作情况而言,由于国家没有就如何招考规定具体细则,各地亦未通过专门法规来规范这一行为,因而极不统一,可以说是“八仙过海,各显神通”,笔者仅对现状中的一些做法摘其要点作一简述。 首先,在招考对象上,要求各不相同。
