从总体来说,现代养老不是个人或家庭的行为,而是依托于一定的养老体系。养老体系是一个动态的复合概念。从体系内部来说,它是一定社会老年人满足生存、发展和享受等需求的一种经济、社会和文化心理的多层结构。从体系外部来说,它是一定社会整体的一个组成部分,并获得一定社会的经济、文化和多方面体制的支持。具体来说,现代养老体系:(1)是由多层复合因素构成的,包括养老资源和养老资源的提供者两个方面。养老资源包括经济资源(货币资源和实物资源)、服务资源(日常生活照料、社会服务和医疗保健服务)和精神资源(个人亲情慰籍和老年人社会价值认可)。养老资源的提供者包括国家(政府)、用人单位、社区、家庭和个人;(2)体系的机制即养老机制是各因素之间一定的关联关系。养老资源本身不可能独立地产生关
In general, modern pension is not personal or family behavior, but relies on a certain pension system. Pension system is a dynamic composite concept. Within the system, it is a multi-layered economic, social and cultural psychology that meets the needs of the elderly, such as survival, development and enjoyment. From outside the system, it is an integral part of a given society as a whole and is supported by the economic, cultural and multi-dimensional institutions of a certain society.
