目的:研究藤荼总黄酮(AGTF)的体外抗氧化作用。方法:分别用铁氰化钾模型、脂肪氧合酶体系评价AGTF的还原能力与抑制脂肪氧合酶活性的能力,并测定AGTF对活性氧形成的影响,以及对H2O2诱导小鼠红细胞溶血的抑制作用。结果:AGTF具有较强的还原能力;2.00 mg·ml-1AGTF对脂肪氧合酶的粗酶活抑制率超过50%;AGTF在0.5-10.0 mg·ml-1范围内,具有较强的体外抗活性氧能力,并可抑制H2O2诱导的小鼠红细胞溶血。结论:AGTF具有较高的体外抗氧化性能。
Objective: To study the in vitro antioxidation of total flavonoids (AGTF) of Fagopyrum. METHODS: Potassium ferricyanide model and lipoxygenase system were used to evaluate the reducing capacity of AGTF and the ability to inhibit lipoxygenase activity, and the effect of AGTF on the formation of reactive oxygen species and the inhibition of H2O2-induced red blood cell hemolysis in mice. effect.
