叶栅稠密度是轴流泵设计中的重要参数之一,为研究其取值对泵性能的影响,基于升力法以三种不同的叶栅稠密度组合设计了符合设计参数的模型,推导了叶栅几何参数和泵性能参数的关系,采用数值分析方法,比较了各模型的内流特征及外特性,结果表明:三个模型内流场分布规律相差较小,当叶栅稠密度增大时,叶片静压变化更加均匀,效率有所增加,同时最优工况点向小流量偏移,但叶片进口边有较强的液流冲击。
The density of cascade is one of the important parameters in the design of axial flow pump. In order to study the influence of its value on the performance of the pump, the model which accords with the design parameters is designed based on the combination of three different cascade densities. The relationship between the geometry parameters of cascade and pump performance parameters is analyzed by numerical analysis. The internal flow characteristics and the external characteristics of each model are compared. The results show that the distribution of flow field in the three models has a little difference. When the cascade density increases , The variation of static pressure of the blade is more uniform and the efficiency is increased, meanwhile, the optimum working condition is shifted to the small flow rate, but there is strong liquid flow impact on the blade inlet side.
