目的:探讨肥胖青少年与正常青少年在血脂,血糖方面的差异,为成年期疾病的早期预防提供依据。方法:根据《中国学生超重、肥胖BM I筛查标准》筛查出来我院体检的年龄在12至15岁的363名肥胖学生和278名正常学生,对他们进行空腹血检测胆固醇,甘油三酯,血糖。结果:肥胖青少年与正常青少年在血脂,血糖方面的差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而且在肥胖青少年中不同性别之间甘油三酯的差别也具有统计学意义(P<0.05)男性水平高于女性水平。结论:肥胖青少年会出现血脂,血糖代谢水平异常,因此,加强肥胖儿童血脂的检测,及早采取综合干预措施,将会降低成年期心血管疾病、糖尿病的发病率和死亡率,提高生命质量。
Objective: To investigate the differences of blood lipid and blood sugar between obese adolescents and normal adolescents, and provide the basis for early prevention of adult diseases. Methods: According to "Chinese students overweight, obesity BM I screening criteria screening of our hospital physical examination aged 12 to 15 years old 363 obese students and 278 normal students, their fasting blood cholesterol, triglyceride ,blood sugar. Results: The differences of blood lipid and blood sugar among obese adolescents and normal adolescents were statistically significant (P <0.05), and the differences of triglycerides among obese adolescents were also statistically significant (P <0.05). The level is higher than the female level. Conclusion: Adolescents with obesity may have abnormal blood lipid and glucose metabolism. Therefore, to enhance the detection of lipids in obese children and to take comprehensive intervention as soon as possible will reduce the incidence and mortality of cardiovascular diseases and diabetes in adulthood and improve the quality of life.
