With the readjustment of the state-owned economy and the strategic restructuring of state-owned enterprises, reports of laid-off workers from large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises continue to be brought to our attention through the news media, arousing widespread public concern. The pressure of laid-off workers on families and the community has forced every laid-off person to rethink, study and readjust their path of employment in the future and force our trade union cultural workers to actively explore an effective way to help re-employment of laid-off workers.
