“夜郎自大”这个成语,但凡读过几天书的人都知晓其含义,但夜郎到底在哪儿呢?有人说在贵州,有人说在湖南,还有人说在云南,一时众说纷纭,难以定论。直到上世纪九十年代中期,位于贵州西北部的赫章县可乐乡出土了大量造型奇异、铸造精湛的青铜器,继而引得考古学家纷至沓来。专家们考证的结果令人们惊喜万分。在这个偏远的乡镇,不少村民砌猪圈垒牛棚所用的砖石,居然有相当一部分是雕刻精美的秦砖汉瓦!而那些在地底下沉睡了两千年的铜虎、铜鼓和铜剑,以及铜套头、铜套脚等夜郎部族独有的青铜器,都在向世人昭示:可乐,这个昔日被称为柯洛倮姆的地方,就是夜郎古国之都!不久前笔者应邀参加了“夜郎文化传承与发展专题研讨会”,其间主办方特意把夜郎部族传统的特色菜悉数端上桌供宾客品尝。那天在大饱口福之余,有几款菜给我留下了很深印象。 Some people who read a few days of books know what it means, but where is Yelang? Not long ago I was invited to participate “Yelang Cultural Heritage and Development Symposium,” during which the organizers deliberately put Yelang tribal traditional dishes all the way for guests to taste the table. In addition to giving a big blessing that day, there are several dishes left a deep impression on me.
