目的探讨口腔卫生教育对学童洁牙行为提升之成效。方法全体学童先施以口腔卫生前测,进行介入活动后,再做后测。分1~3年级组及4~6年级组进行分析。结果依据前后测结果显示,1周内洁牙的天数有显著提升的时段为:1~3年级组之早餐后刷牙、晚餐后刷牙,4~6年级组之起床后刷牙、早餐后刷牙、晚餐后刷牙、睡前刷牙等4项。结论口腔卫生教育介入策略,对洁牙行为具有显著影响。
Objective To explore the effect of oral hygiene education on promoting dental behaviors among school children. Methods All school children pre-applied oral hygiene test, after intervention, do post-test. Divided into 1 ~ 3 grade group and 4 ~ 6 grade group for analysis. The results based on before and after the test results show that the number of days of tooth cleaning significantly increased within 1 week: 1 to 3 groups brushing teeth after breakfast, brushing teeth after dinner, brushing teeth after getting up in grade 4 to 6, brushing teeth after breakfast, dinner After brushing teeth, brushing teeth before going to bed 4. Conclusion The strategy of oral health education intervention has a significant impact on the behavior of dental cleaning.
