用ＨＰＬＣ法测定颗粒剂定风痛中阿魏酸的含量，方法简便、快速、分离度和重现性好。回收率为９７．９３％，ＲＳＤ为２．０８％。
HPLC method was used to determine the content of ferulic acid in granules. The method was simple, rapid, with good resolution and reproducibility. The recovery rate was 97.93% and the RSD was 2.08%.
