采用浸渍法分别制备以SiO2和SBA-15为载体的硝酸银改性的单层分散型吸附剂,考察负载量对吸附剂分离碳四烯烃/烷烃的影响。实验发现,随着硝酸银负载量的增加,吸附剂对丁烯的吸附量增多,吸附分离能力增强,但是当硝酸银的负载在增加到一定值后,随着硝酸银负载量的增加,吸附剂对丁烯的吸附量开始减少。通过实验,认为硝酸银在二氧化硅上的分散阈值大约为0.29 g AgNO3/g SiO2,硝酸银在SBA-15上的分散阈值大约为0.45 g AgNO3/g SiO2。
The impregnation method was used to prepare silver nitrate-modified monolayer dispersion adsorbent with SiO2 and SBA-15 supported respectively to investigate the influence of loading on the separation of CTEs / alkanes by adsorbents. The experimental results showed that with the increase of silver nitrate loading, the adsorption amount of butene increased and the adsorption and separation ability increased. However, when the load of silver nitrate increased to a certain value, with the increase of silver nitrate loading, The amount of butene on the adsorbent began to decrease. Through experiments, it is considered that the dispersion threshold of silver nitrate on silica is about 0.29 g AgNO 3 / g SiO 2 and the silver nitrate dispersion threshold on SBA-15 is about 0.45 g AgNO 3 / g SiO 2.
