自1983年1月至1992年12月,我科应用针剂利多卡因表麻角膜,10年中做了10800例角膜异物剔除手术,其表麻效果较为满意.现分析报告如下:临床资料:10800例角膜异物剔除术中,应用利多卡因表麻年龄最大82岁,最小4岁,其中16岁以下儿童118例(1%),16～40岁青年5860例(54%),41～60岁壮年4501例(41%),60岁以上老年321例(4%).男5582例(52%),女5218例(48%).右眼5942例(54%),·左眼4741例(45%),双眼117例(1%).表麻充分10741例(99.4%),不充分54例(0.5%),无效5例(0.1%);表麻后角膜明显水肿3例(0.05%),角膜上皮轻度剥脱15例(0.13%),正常10782例(99.82%).表麻角膜浅层异物10789例(99.99%),深层异物2例(0.01%).表麻时已有明显感染1686例(15.73%),无明显感染9114例(84.27%).
