本实验研究了黄磷急性和亚急性呼吸道染毒对大鼠肾脏的损伤。结果表明:染毒后动物的血清磷、尿磷、肾磷值、尿蛋白含量、尿γ-谷氨酰转移酶(γ-GT)、尿酸性磷酸酶(ACP)的活性均明显高于对照组,而内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)下降。提示黄磷急性染毒对肾小球滤过和肾小管重吸收功能均有一定影响,而亚急性染毒所致肾损伤主要在肾小管。
This experiment studied the acute and subacute respiratory toxicity of yellow phosphorus on rat kidney damage. The results showed that the serum phosphorus, urinary phosphorus, renal phosphorus, urinary protein, urinary γ-glutamyltransferase (γ-GT) and uric acid phosphatase (ACP) activity of the animals after exposure were significantly higher than the control. Group, while endogenous creatinine clearance (Ccr) decreased. It is suggested that acute exposure to yellow phosphorus has an effect on glomerular filtration and renal tubular reabsorption, and that renal damage caused by subacute exposure is mainly in the renal tubules.
