用日本光电无线电遥测系统,对28例临床诊断为癫痫的患者进行24小时遥测脑电图(TEEG)检查,与同期进行的常规脑电图(REEG)、CT检查结果对比分析,结果证明其异常率、痫性放电检出率及临床发作出现率(85.71%,82.14%及17.81%)均显著高于REEG(39.29%、17.81%及0)。TEEG检出的23例痫性放电,19例(82.61%)发生在睡眠中,其中13例(68.48%)发生在非快速眼动睡眠(NREMS)Ⅰ、Ⅱ期。TEEG异常的24例中。CT异常者仅7例(9.17%)。其中6例(85.71%)为局限性异常,6例中有5例属继发性癫痫,TEEG局限性异常与CT低密度灶部位相符。
Twenty-eight patients with clinically diagnosed epilepsy underwent 24-hour telemetry electro-cardiography (TEEG) with Japanese photoelectric radio telemetry system, and compared with routine electroencephalogram (REEG) and CT examinations in the same period.
