目的:研究新疆不同产地薰衣草样品中Na,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu,K,Mn,Cr,Ni和Cd等10种微量元素的含量,为薰衣草的进一步研究和综合开发利用提供新的科学依据。方法:采用微波消解法处理薰衣草样品,用原子吸收光谱法对薰衣草样品中的10种微量元素的含量进行了测定,并进行了加标回收率实验。结果:各元素线性关系良好,相关系数在0.999 0~0.999 9呈现良好的线性关系。样品测定结果的相对标准偏差RSD<5.14%,各元素的加标回收率在94.0%~105.0%。新疆伊犁薰衣草中富含对人体有益的微量元素。结论:该方法快速、简便、数据准确可靠,结果令人满意。
OBJECTIVE: To study the contents of 10 trace elements such as Na, Mg, Fe, Zn, Cu, K, Mn, Cr, Ni and Cd in lavender samples from different areas in Xinjiang and to provide a new scientific basis for further research and comprehensive development and utilization of lavender . Methods: The samples of lavender were treated by microwave digestion method. The contents of 10 trace elements in lavender samples were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry and the spiked recoveries were tested. Results: The linear relationship between the elements is good, the correlation coefficient of 0.999 0 ~ 0.999 9 showed a good linear relationship. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of samples were 5.14% and the spiked recoveries were 94.0% -105.0%. Xinjiang Ili lavender is rich in trace elements beneficial to human health. Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple, accurate and reliable, with satisfactory results.
