用组合模量法、井底压力控制法和声波时差法对雅克拉凝析气田出砂情况进行了预测, 并利用C公式法对气井合理生产压差进行了计算。综合分析认为,开发早期在合理的生产压差下, 该气田绝大多数产层不会出砂, 但个别产层和气田开发中后期产层可能出砂。通过对常用机械防砂方法的分析, 结合雅克拉凝析气田的实际情况, 提出了用双层绕丝砾石预充填和纯金属滤砂管的防砂措施。
The combustible modulus method, bottomhole pressure control method and acoustic time difference method were used to predict the sand production in the Yakela condensate gas field, and the reasonable production pressure difference of the gas well was calculated by the C formula method. According to a comprehensive analysis, most of the pay zones in the gas field will not be sand-mined at a reasonable production pressure difference in the early stage of development. However, the pay zones in the middle and later stages of individual pay zones and gas fields may be sands. Based on the analysis of the commonly used mechanical sand control methods and the actual situation of the Jacquel condensate gas field, the sand control measures with double-layer wound gravel pre-filling and pure metal sand-filtering pipe are proposed.
