为了解决Nafion膜甲醇渗透的问题,以聚醚醚酮(PEEK)、聚苯胺(PANI)和磷钨酸(PWA)为原料,采用流延制膜法制备了SPEEK/PANI/PWA复合质子交换膜,并通过X-射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱分析(FT-IR)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等对其组织和结构进行了表征,利用紫外可见分光光度计、电化学工作站和气相色谱仪等对其性能进行了测试。研究结果表明,与SPEEK/PANI和SPEEK/PWA复合质子交换膜相比,SPEEK/PANI/PWA复合质子交换膜的综合性能有很大改善,可作为DMFC用质子交换膜。
