采用喷雾水解反应法得到粒径在0.5~2μm之间球形实心、单个粉体内钡钛比也完全均匀的钛酸钡粉体.实验结果表明,水解反应和沉淀反应段的温度及长度、和草酸二甲酯的浓度是影响产物保持球形和组份是否均匀的主要因素.采用喷雾水解反应法获得理想钛酸钡超细粉体的工艺条件为:反应段温度>85℃,反应段停留时间>3s;DMO浓度>0.75mol/L.
The results showed that the temperature and length of the hydrolysis reaction and the precipitation reaction zone were the same as that of the oxalic acid The concentration of dimethyl ester is the main factor that affects the spherical shape of the product and whether the components are uniform.The optimum conditions for obtaining ultrafine barium titanate powder by spray hydrolysis are as follows: reaction temperature> 85 ℃, reaction time residence time> 3s; DMO concentration> 0.75mol / L.
