以Ni-15Cr-3.5B非晶箔带为中间层,采用瞬态液相连接工艺对镍基单晶高温合金进行连接。采用电子扫描显微镜、光学显微镜、透射电子显微镜对液相连接接头的组织形貌进行分析观察,利用EBSD(电子散射衍射仪)对连接区和基体的结晶取向进行观测。结果表明,接头主要由基体金属区、基体/中间层金属界面扩散区和连接区组成,扩散区的主要组织为M3B2细微颗粒;连接区则是MB+γ′和M23B6+γ′的共晶相。
Ni-15Cr-3.5B amorphous foil ribbon as the middle layer, the use of transient liquid phase connection process nickel-based single crystal superalloy connections. The morphology of the liquid junction was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy, optical microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The crystal orientation of the junction and the matrix was observed by EBSD (electron scattering diffractometer). The results show that the joint mainly consists of matrix metal zone, matrix / interlayer metal interface diffusion zone and connecting zone. The main structure of the diffusion zone is M3B2 fine particles. The connection zone is the eutectic phase of MB + γ ’and M23B6 + γ’ .
