人力资源是企业最宝贵的资源,企业人力资源管理的成功与否将决定着企业在激烈的市场竞争中的兴衰成败。本文针对近年来许多企业都遭受到人力资源管理危机困扰的现状,以现代人力资源管理的视角,从全球化、人才市场化、知识化和企业员工价值取向多样化等方面分析人力资源管理危机形成的原因,并针对这些原因,提出应对人力资源危机管理的若干策略措施,以期对做好企业人力资源危机管理工作有所裨益。
Human resources are the most valuable resources for an enterprise. The success or failure of a company’s human resources management will determine the success or failure of an enterprise in the fierce market competition. In view of the current situation that many enterprises have suffered from the crisis of human resources management in recent years, this paper analyzes the formation of human resource management crisis from the perspective of modern human resource management from the aspects of globalization, talent market, knowledge-based and diverse employee value orientation For these reasons, put forward some strategies and measures to deal with the crisis management of human resources, in the hope of doing a good job in the management of enterprise human resources crisis.
