目的了解南平市部分食品单核细胞增生李斯特菌(李斯特菌)污染状况。方法据GB 4789.30-2010[1]方法,对市售熟肉制品、熟制米面制品、冷冻饮品、调理肉制品、冷冻肉糜制品、外卖配送餐及学生餐进行李斯特菌检测。结果 7类食品268份样品检出李斯特菌17株,检出率6.3%;其中调理肉制品检出率最高(55.6%),其次为冷冻肉糜制品(20.0%)、熟肉制品(5.0%)和冷冻饮品(3.3%),熟制米面制品、学生餐和外卖配送餐均未检出。结论南平市售食品中李斯特菌污染较严重,应对食品加工生产和销售的各环节加强监管。
Objective To understand the contamination status of Listeria monocytogenes (Listeria monocytogenes) in Nanping City. Methods According to the method of GB 4789.30-2010 [1], Listeria monocytogenes was tested on cooked and cooked meats, cooked rice products, frozen drinks, conditioned meat products, frozen meat products, takeaway meals and student meals. Results Seventeen strains of Listeria were detected in 268 samples of seven kinds of foodstuffs, with a detection rate of 6.3%. The highest detection rate (55.6%) of meat products was followed, followed by frozen meat products (20.0%), cooked meat products (5.0% ) And frozen drinks (3.3%), cooked rice products, student meals and takeaway meals were not detected. Conclusion The Listeria monocytogenes in the foodstuffs sold in Nanping is more polluted, and the supervision and control should be strengthened in all aspects of food processing, production and sales.
