目的:研究团队管理模式在急诊护理管理中的应用效果,为更好的开展急诊科护理管理工作提供参考。方法:选取温州医科大学附属第二医院诊科护理人员50名,随机分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各25例,对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用团队管理模式,并观察两组护理人员护理满意度和护理质量。结果:就护理质量考核合格率和满意度来看,观察组的合格率及满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将团队管理模式应用于急诊科护理工作中,能够不断提升护理人员的护理质量,进一步提升了患者对护理工作的满意度,还能更好的树立医院形象。
Objective: To study the application effect of team management mode in emergency nursing management and provide reference for better carrying out emergency department nursing management. Methods: Fifty outpatients in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University were randomly divided into two groups: control group and observation group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing mode and the observation group adopted team management mode. Two groups of nursing staff satisfaction and nursing quality of care. Results: With regard to the pass rate and satisfaction of nursing quality examination, the pass rate and satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Applying the team management mode to emergency department nursing work can continuously improve nursing quality of nursing staff, further enhance patient satisfaction with nursing work, and better establish hospital image.
