本文基于外语教师专业发展研究现状、我国高校外语专业发展现状与问题、外语教学特征、外语教师发展特征,提出了外语教师专业发展的具身特征。并在具身认知理论视域下,提出了教师需求为导向、优课演示为导向、教研活动为导向和人才社会需求为导向的四种外语教师专业发展模式,希望能对当前的外语教师专业发展具有实践和理论意义。
Based on the current situation of foreign language teacher professional development, the current situation and problems of foreign language professional development in our country, the characteristics of foreign language teaching and the development characteristics of foreign language teachers, this paper puts forward the characteristics of foreign language teachers’ professional development. In the perspective of cognitive theory, four professional models of foreign language teachers are proposed, which are teacher demand oriented, excellent class demonstration oriented, teaching and research activities oriented, and talented people social needs. It is hoped that the current foreign language teachers Professional development has practical and theoretical significance.
