研究了亚共晶、共晶、过共晶Al-Si合金在润滑条件下的磨损行为,探讨了三类合金的磨损失效机理,得出提高Si含量是提高Al-Si合金耐磨性的有效途径。
The wear behavior of hypoeutectic, eutectic and hypereutectic Al-Si alloys under lubrication condition was studied. The wear failure mechanism of the three alloys was discussed. It is concluded that increasing Si content is effective in improving the wear resistance of Al-Si alloy way.
