辐射引起免疫功能下降,但核工业职工长期接受低水平内污染或外照射,其免疫功能是否也发生变化,这是值得探索的问题。为此,我们观察了某铀矿部分职工的细胞免疫功能。材料与方法观察对象:(1)矿工组94名,平均年龄44.1岁,氡子体潜能个人累计暴露量为44.6—236.9WLM;按WLM的不同,又分为≥100WLM组和<100 WLM组。(2)对照组:该矿区井上职3265名,按年龄又分为≥45岁组和<45岁组。
Radiation causes a decline in immune function, but whether the immune function of nuclear industry workers also undergo low-level contamination or external exposure for a long time has also changed. This is a question worth exploring. To this end, we have observed the cellular immune function of some workers in a uranium mine. MATERIALS AND METHODS Observation objects: (1) 94 miners with a mean age of 44.1 years and potential individual exposure to radon progeny of 44.6-236.9WLM. According to WLM, they were divided into two groups: ≥100WLM group and <100 WLM group. (2) Control group: There are 3265 wells in the mine, divided by age into groups of ≥45 years and <45 years.
