1975~1982年期间1吨轧材的综合金属消耗由1281.4公斤降到了1269.9公斤。牌号和规格品种的复杂化使轧材的综合消耗增高了8.5公斤/吨。因此,生产1吨轧材实际节约了20公斤金属。其中约一半靠提高连铸比(提高了6.2%),一半靠改进铸锭工艺和轧钢生产工艺。轧制切头一年减少了100多万吨。
The total metal consumption of 1 ton of rolling stock decreased from 1281.4 kg to 1269.9 kg during 1975-1982. The complexity of grades and specifications has resulted in an overall increase of 8.5 kg / t for rolled products. Therefore, the actual production of 1 ton of rolled material actually saved 20 kg of metal. About half of them are due to an increase in continuous casting ratio (6.2% increase) and half to improved ingot casting and steel rolling production processes.
