目的比较酶法和电极法测定血清葡萄糖和尿素的方法性能。方法对酶法和电极法测定血清葡萄糖和尿素的各种方法学性能进行实验。结果两种方法测定的精密度、线性范围和平均回收率均符合临床要求。两法测定葡萄糖和尿素的相关系数分别为0.9991和0.9996,且两法差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。其精密度酶法优于电极法,但抗干扰性和线性范围电极法优于酶法。结论电极法和酶法均为测定葡萄糖和尿素的较好方法。
Objective To compare the performance of enzymatic and electrode methods in the determination of serum glucose and urea. Methods Experiments were performed on various methodological properties of enzymatic and electrode methods for the determination of serum glucose and urea. Results The precision, linearity and average recovery of the two methods all met the clinical requirements. The correlation coefficients of glucose and urea measured by the two methods were 0.9991 and 0.9996 respectively, and there was no significant difference between the two methods (P> 0.05). The precision enzyme method is superior to the electrode method, but the anti-interference and linear range electrode method is better than the enzyme method. Conclusion Both electrode method and enzyme method are better methods for the determination of glucose and urea.
