“主题提炼式”培训是基于教育家型校长的培养目标的需求而产生的。它弥补了传统培训模式忽视校长内在提升的不足,其设计的理论基础是人本主义和实践知识观。“主题提炼”有其独特的组织形式、逻辑步骤。它的实施促进了校长自我意识的完善、思维品质的提升、教育理想信念的坚定。
“Subject refinement ” Training is based on the needs of educators’ training objectives. It makes up for the traditional training model to ignore the lack of internal promotion principals, the design of the theoretical basis of humanism and the concept of practical knowledge. “Subject refining ” has its unique form of organization, logical steps. Its implementation has promoted the improvement of principals’ self-awareness, the improvement of thinking quality and the firm belief in education’s ideal.
