根据“十二五”规划,推动入境游发展是将北京建设成为世界城市的一个重要发展手段。但自2008年以来,由于国内外形势的变化以及北京市旅游业在外媒宣传中话语权的缺失,导致了北京市入境游市场的持续低迷。文章深入分析了著名国际旅游城市巴黎的旅游业发展经验,将巴黎与北京两大城市进行了对比研究,并对“十三五”期间北京市入境游在城市旅游形象设计、旅游资源的发展以及旅游对外宣传方面均提出了具体的策略建议。
According to the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”, promoting the development of inbound tourism is an important means of developing Beijing into a world city. However, since 2008, due to the changes in the situation both at home and abroad, as well as the lack of voice in Beijing’s tourism promotion in foreign media, Beijing’s inbound tourism market has been in a downturn. This article analyzes in depth the tourism development experience of the famous international tourist city of Paris, compares the two major cities of Paris and Beijing, and makes a comparative study on the tourism image design and tourist resources of the inbound tourists in Beijing during the “13th Five-Year Plan” Development and tourism outreach have made specific strategic recommendations.
