优质教材是大学英语课程实现教学目标的重要媒介之一。本研究通过师生满意度问卷、教师反思日志及访谈等工具,对“新目标大学英语系列教材”之《综合教程》的试用情况进行调查分析。研究发现,师生较为认可教材的3个方面:(1)选材多元,目标和定位明确,工具性与人文性兼备;(2)技能任务设计合理,有机融合,自成体系;(3)学生语言、文化、思辨和自主学习能力等得到有效培养。
High quality teaching materials is one of the most important media in college English teaching to achieve the teaching goal. In this study, through the questionnaire of teachers and students satisfaction, teachers’ reflective log and interviews, the author conducts a survey and analysis on the probationary situation of “Comprehensive Course” of “New Target College English Textbook”. The study found that teachers and students recognized more than three aspects of the textbook: (1) selection of materials, clear objectives and positioning, instrumental and humanistic features; (2) rational design of skills tasks, organic integration and self-contained system; (3) Language, culture, speculation and self-learning ability have been effectively cultivated.
