在油田生产中,抽油杆和生产油管磨损的现象日益突出,耗费了不少人力、物力以及作业成本,也影响了油井的产量,针对这个问题,现研制了一种新型铜-镍-锡合金抽油杆接箍。本文从新型抽油杆接箍的一些优势特性着手,结合实测数据和图表,对它的强度、摩擦系数以及腐蚀速率进行评测。经过对比发现,新型抽油杆接箍的表现突出,它可降低自身的机械磨损和腐蚀的速率,也能有效减缓生产油管的磨损,延长杆管的使用寿命。依据我厂实际生产情况,应用此类新型抽油杆接箍,能够获得较好的经济效益,达到降本增效的目的。
In the field of oil production, the phenomenon of sucker rod and production tubing wear become more and more conspicuous, a lot of manpower, material resources and operation cost are consumed, and the production of oil well is also affected. To solve this problem, a new type of copper-nickel- Alloy sucker rod coupling. In this paper, some advantages of the new sucker rod coupling characteristics of the start, combined with measured data and charts, its strength, friction coefficient and corrosion rate were evaluated. After comparison, the performance of the new sucker rod coupling is outstanding, which can reduce the rate of mechanical wear and corrosion of the sucker rod, effectively reduce the wear of the production tubing and prolong the service life of the rod tube. According to the actual production of our plant, the application of such new type of sucker rod coupling, can get better economic benefits, to achieve the purpose of reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
