以 8 -羟基喹啉铝 (Alq3)为发光层 ,成功地制备成 ITO(铟锡氧化物 ) / TPD(2 -甲基 - 4-苯基联苯二胺 ) / Alq3/ Al结构的双层有机发光器件 .与 ITO/ Alq3/ Al结构器件相比 ,其亮度和稳定性明显增加 ,阈值电压有所增大 .通过一定电压下工作电流随时间的变化测定了器件的稳定性 ,并对影响器件稳定性的因素作了分析
