众所周知,建筑业不仅是一个投入高、回报高的行业,也是一个能耗高、污染多的行业,这势必会对环境造成很大的破坏,也不符合当代人们所追求的“可持续发展”的理念,而绿色建筑的发展正契合当前人们追求的节能环保理念。但是就目前来看,绿色建筑的推行和实施进展的并不顺利,也没有深入研究全生命期的增量成本和增量效益。本文通过分析绿色建筑增量成本和增量效益的含义和内容,确定全生命期费用效益评价方法,并通过实际工程案例验证该绿色建筑项目的经济可行性,让人们认可绿色建筑。
As we all know, the construction industry is not only an industry with high investment and high returns, but also an industry with high energy consumption and high pollution. It is bound to cause great damage to the environment and is not in keeping with the “sustainable development” pursued by contemporary people "Concept, and the development of green building is in line with the current concept of people’s pursuit of energy saving and environmental protection. However, for now, the progress of the implementation and implementation of green building is not smooth, nor does it make any further study on the incremental costs and incremental benefits of the whole life cycle. Through analyzing the meaning and content of increment cost and incremental benefit of green building, this paper determines the cost-benefit evaluation method of whole life-cycle and verifies the economic feasibility of this green building project through practical engineering case to let people approve green building.
