前言在以华主席为首的党中央的英明领导下,在全国人民决心实现周总理在四届人大提出的四个现代化的宏伟目标而奋斗的大好形势下。我部为了检验成套引进的工业自动化仪表的需要,在部队党委和辽化进口办公室的关怀下,试制成功高精度的压力信号发生器——空气压力天平。在自行设计的过程中,又得到沈阳仪表研究所、东北工学院等单位的热情指导和帮助。在省技协攻关组、省计量局力学室、沈阳——一厂、辽阳精密仪表厂及各兄弟仪表厂的大力支援和帮助下,历时六个月终于试制成功。经过省计量局初步鉴定:精度为±0.04％,灵敏度0.001％。这是毛主席革命路线的伟大胜利,是深揭狠批“四人帮”的丰硕成果。对于给以过我们支持和帮助的单位,在此表示衷心的感谢。此总结不妥之处,望同志们提出批评指正。

Under the strong support and help of the Provincial Technical Committee, Provincial Measurement Bureau, Shenyang-I Factory, Liaoyang Precision Instrument Factory and various brother instrument factories, the trial was successfully completed within six months. After the provincial Bureau of Metrology preliminary identification: accuracy of ± 0.04%, 0.001% sensitivity.
