Highlight a “person”. Paying attention to people’s management and maximizing their enthusiasm are the key to invigorating the company. Since 1987, the Shouguang paper mill has continuously carried out reforms within the company and relied on three mechanisms to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of cadres and workers.
