目的通过了解在职企业员工的心血管危险因素的聚集情况,探讨功能社区实施健康管理适宜的模式。方法以2422名在职体检人员为研究对象,分析心血管危险因素聚集情况、对各代谢异常指标按年龄、性别分组进行相关性分析,提出实施健康管理模式的建议。结果 (1)研究人群中有69.2%至少有一种危险因素,其中具有2种和3种以上危险因素的则分别占有22.4%和16.1%;(2)超重及肥胖、高血压、高血糖、高尿酸的患病率中男性均高于女性;年龄40~59岁之间各异常指标均显著高于<40岁年龄组。结论随着年龄的增加,人群中心血管危险因素随之增加,尤其肥胖和超重更为显著,因此,在功能社区对在职人员早期进行生活方式及行为的健康管理干预,可以很大程度的降低或延迟心血管病的发病率,具有重要意义。
Objective To understand the aggregation of cardiovascular risk factors among employed employees and to explore suitable modes of health management in functional communities. Methods A total of 2422 active medical staffs were selected as research objects to analyze the aggregation of cardiovascular risk factors. The correlation analysis of each metabolic abnormality index by age and sex groups was made and the suggestions of implementing health management mode were put forward. Results (1) 69.2% of the study population had at least one risk factor, of which 22.4% and 16.1% had two or more risk factors respectively; (2) overweight and obesity, hypertension, hyperglycemia, The prevalence of uric acid was higher in males than in females. The abnormal indexes between 40 and 59 years old were significantly higher than those in <40 years old. Conclusions With the increase of age, cardiovascular risk factors in the population increase, especially in obesity and overweight. Therefore, the intervention of health management in early lifestyles and behaviors of functional staff in functional communities can be greatly reduced or Delay the incidence of cardiovascular disease, is of great significance.
