自1955年中共中央办公厅发出关於收集党的历史档案的通知以后,全国各省(市)已陆续开展这一工作。据不完全统计,截至今年一月为止,各地已收集到15万份和一千余公斤的历史文件。中共中央办公厅的通知中,要求各省(市)委办公厅把所存的历史档案按形成机关分开,因为将来集中、整理和利用历史档案都要按照档案的形成机关为单位来进行。但是从目前各地向中央办公厅报来的历史档案登记表来看,很大部分都是零散文件,因此哪些档案应归中央保存,哪些档案应归地方保存就难以确定。我们去年曾到山西、河北两个省委机关作了一次了解,发现太行区党委在1949年撤销时,曾将机关全部档案移交给山西、河北、平原省委各一部分,平原省撤销后,把档案上
Since the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued a circular on collecting historical files of the party in 1955, all the provinces (cities) in the country have successively carried out this work. According to incomplete statistics, up to January this year, 150,000 copies and over 1,000 kilograms of historical documents have been collected from all over the country.
