采用 8 羟基喹啉络合比色法测定了庐山森林生态系统不同季节、不同植被下以及根圈与非根圈剖面土壤溶液中溶解态铝的含量及其变异。结果表明 ,供试土壤中酸溶性铝、单核铝和多核铝的含量分别变化于 0 6~ 3 8mg/kg ,0 3~2 8mg/kg和 0 1~ 1 1mg/kg范围内。土壤溶液中溶解铝明显受植物类型和根系活动的影响 ,所测定的 3种形态铝含量均表现为随剖面深度而减少 ,针叶林植被下高于阔叶林 ,而非根圈土与根圈土差异不大。溶解铝的形态与含量存在明显的季节性变异 ,秋、冬季铝含量偏高且单核铝 /多核铝比值较高 ,而春、夏季偏低。结果还表明酸沉降影响下的土壤酸化促进了森林土壤中铝的移动 ,故在酸沉降影响严重的地区必须研究土壤溶液溶解铝的潜在生物毒性与生态毒理
The content and variation of dissolved aluminum in soil solution of Lushan Forest ecosystem in different seasons, different vegetation and root and non-root circle sections were determined by 8-hydroxyquinoline complex colorimetric method. The results showed that the content of acid-soluble aluminum, mononuclear aluminum and polynuclear aluminum in the soil changed from 0 ~ 36mg / kg, 0 ~ 28mg / kg and 0 ~ 1 ~ 1mg / kg respectively. Dissolved aluminum in soil solution was significantly affected by plant type and root activity. The content of three kinds of aluminum in the tested soil decreased with the depth of the cross section, but higher in the coniferous forest than in the broadleaf forest, Circle of little difference. There was obvious seasonal variation in the form and content of dissolved aluminum. Aluminum content in autumn and winter was high and the ratio of mononuclear aluminum / polynuclear aluminum was higher than that in spring and summer. The results also show that soil acidification under the influence of acid deposition promotes the movement of aluminum in forest soils, it is necessary to study the potential biological toxicity and ecotoxicity of dissolved aluminum in soil solution in areas where acid deposition is seriously affected
