PU.1是转录因子ETS家族的重要成员,是造血干细胞增殖和分化的主要调节因子,对机体天然免疫、获得性免疫的调节有着重要作用,但其分子机制尚不完全清楚。目前,已经发现PU.1有110多个直接靶基因,功能主要涵盖调节抗体、受体及补体的表达,调控免疫细胞增殖与分化,调节炎症中相关细胞因子、受体及效应酶的表达等3个方面。最新有研究报道PU.1是抑癌基因LIMD1的主要调节因子。随着分子生物学技术的发展,PU.1的功能及调节机制方面的探讨也逐渐增多,并初步确认了PU.1在机体免疫调节及炎症反应中的中心调节作用。文中就PU.1及其与机体免疫的关系作一综述。
PU.1 is an important member of the transcription factor ETS family and is a major regulator of proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells. PU.1 plays an important role in the regulation of innate immunity and adaptive immunity, but its molecular mechanism is not fully understood. At present, it has been found that PU.1 has more than 110 direct target genes, and its function mainly covers the regulation of antibody, receptor and complement expression, regulation of immune cell proliferation and differentiation, regulation of the expression of related cytokines, receptors and effector enzymes in inflammation 3 aspects. Recent studies have reported that PU.1 is the main regulator of tumor suppressor gene LIMD1. With the development of molecular biology technology, the research on the function and regulation mechanism of PU.1 also gradually increased, and the central regulatory role of PU.1 in the immune and inflammatory response of the body has been preliminarily confirmed. The article reviews the relationship between PU.1 and its immunity.
