在研究市场经济体制下教育对邮电经济的促进作用后，分析了邮电职工教育的现状，依据国家邮电经济发展规划，预测了人才平均增长率以及专业技术人才需求量。通过需求量与培养能力的对比分析，得出进一步加强邮电职工教育工作的意义和人才培养方向及重点。
After studying the promotion effect of education on the postal and telecommunications economy under the market economy system, the paper analyzes the current situation of post and telecommunications staff education and predicts the average growth rate of talents and the demand of professional and technical personnel according to the national post and telecommunications economic development plan. By comparing the demand with the training ability, we can draw the conclusion that we should further strengthen the significance of postal staff education and the direction and focus of personnel training.
