目的:分析5个不同产地胡桃青皮的脂溶性成分。方法:采用索氏提取法获得5个产地胡桃青皮脂溶性成分,经GC-MS技术结合计算机检索对其化学成分进行分离和鉴定,用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各个组分的相对百分含量。结果:从5个产地的胡桃青皮脂溶性成分中共鉴定出48种成分,四川、河南、陕西、河北、安徽5个产地分别鉴定了35、39、35、29、26个化合物,分别占其各自总量的97.86%、96.31%、97.32%、96.38%、95.25%。5个产地共有成分16种,其中含量较高的有β-谷甾醇、角鲨烯、三十二烷。结论:5个产地的胡桃青皮脂溶性成分和其相对百分含量存在一定的相似性和差异性。
Objective: To analyze fat-soluble components of pecan peel from five different areas. Methods: The fat-soluble components of pecan green peel were obtained by Soxhlet extraction. The chemical constituents were isolated and identified by GC-MS and computerized retrieval. The relative percentage of each component was calculated by the chromatographic peak area normalization content. RESULTS: Forty-eight components were identified from the fat-soluble components of pecan green in five areas. 35, 39, 35, 29 and 26 compounds were identified in five producing areas of Sichuan, Henan, Shaanxi, Hebei and Anhui, The total amount of 97.86%, 96.31%, 97.32%, 96.38%, 95.25%. There are 16 kinds of ingredients in 5 producing areas, including β-sitosterol, squalene and triheptane. CONCLUSION: There are some similarities and differences between the fat-soluble components of walnut peel and their relative percentages in five habitats.
