在当下的教育教学实践中,一门科目在一个班级往往是由一位教师授课,除非该教师遇到特殊情况不能到班,否则是不会再安排其他教师的。同科异教则是让两位教师在一学期内轮流执教一个班级的同一科目。这一做法看似与当下的学校教学管理有点格格不入,但却有其现实基础。请看:现象一:小时候读书常有这样的感受:希望老师少讲点教材的内容,多讲点书外的故事,特别是老师自己的故事,让我们能开眼界、长见识。可如果遇到一个只会用教材内容罩学生的老师,心中总有说不出的郁闷:教材内容我们早就看过了,老师教与不教关系不大。平时看到教材封面脑海中就会浮现出那刻板老师的形象,失望和惆
