目的检测类风湿关节炎(RA)患者血清中趋化因子CCL19的表达水平,并探讨其临床意义。方法收集2014年3月—10月中国医科大学附属盛京医院风湿免疫科住院的40例RA患者,18例骨关节炎(OA)患者和18名健康对照者。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法测定40例RA患者、18例OA患者和18名健康对照者血清中CCL19水平,比较组间差异,并分析血清CCL19与RA各临床及实验室指标的相关性。结果 RA组、OA组及对照组各组间血清CCL19水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。RA患者血清CCL19水平与疾病活动度评分(DAS28)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、类风湿因子(RF)、血小板(PLT)、免疫球蛋白Ig M呈正相关(P<0.05),与血红蛋白(Hb)呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论血清CCL19可能参与了RA的发病过程,有助于RA的鉴别诊断。
Objective To detect the expression of chemokine CCL19 in the serum of patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and to explore its clinical significance. Methods Forty patients with RA, 18 patients with osteoarthritis (OA) and 18 healthy controls were enrolled in the Department of Rheumatology, Shengjing Hospital, China Medical University from March to October 2014. Serum levels of CCL19 in 40 patients with RA, 18 patients with OA and 18 healthy controls were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and the differences between the two groups were compared. The correlations between serum CCL19 and RA clinical and laboratory parameters were analyzed Sex. Results There were significant differences in serum CCL19 levels between RA group, OA group and control group (P <0.01). Serum levels of CCL19 in RA patients were positively correlated with DAS28, CRP, ESR, RF, PLT and IgM (P < 0.05), but negatively correlated with hemoglobin (P <0.05). Conclusion Serum CCL19 may be involved in the pathogenesis of RA and contribute to the differential diagnosis of RA.
