具有近20年刊龄的《美食》,是由江苏省烹饪协会主办的专门研究吃的学问的杂志。江苏省卫生监督所与省烹饪协会合作,在《美食》杂志中设立卫生监督版块作为卫生法律法规宣传的载体,将卫生监督执法与倡导诚信经营、引导健康消费结合起来,既在形式上是一个创新,也体现了卫生执法监督机构和媒体对食品卫生安全、对广大群众身体健康的共同责任和深切关注。
With nearly 20 years of age “food”, is organized by the Jiangsu Provincial Association of cooking to eat special learning magazine.
