设计合成了一种新型含磷的水溶性三足体衍生标题化合物,用红外光谱、差热-热重、元素分析及连续摩尔比法对其结构和组成进行了表征和分析,确定了三足体衍生物与苦味酸铕形成了1∶1型配合物Eu(pic)3L。综合运用紫外-可见光谱、循环伏安法及荧光光谱法研究了标题配合物与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互作用。实验结果表明:苦味酸铕配合物与BSA形成1∶1型无荧光复合物Eu(pic)3L-BSA,其荧光猝灭方式表现为静态猝灭,结合位点数为1,作用力类型为氢键和范德华力。
A novel phosphorus-containing water-soluble tripartite-derived title compound was designed and synthesized. Its structure and composition were characterized and analyzed by FTIR, TG-DTA, elemental analysis and continuous molar ratio method. The 1: 1 complex Eu (pic) 3L was formed by the derivative and picolinate. The interaction between the title complex and bovine serum albumin (BSA) was studied by UV-Vis, cyclic voltammetry and fluorescence spectroscopy. The experimental results showed that Eu (pic) 3L-BSA, a 1: 1 fluorescent complex, was formed between europium picrate and BSA. The fluorescence quenching showed static quenching. The number of binding sites was 1 and the type of interaction was hydrogen Keys and van der Waals force.
