光栅双单色仪出两个C—T型单色仪串联而成,它的波长扫描是靠一个步进电动机驱动一个正弦机构来实现的,利用莫尔条纹的原理进行波长数字显示。仪器具有分辨本领高,波长精度高,杂散辐射小,波段范围宽等特点。该仪器有两块光栅,还有两块可以更换其它波段的备有光栅。使用时两个单色仪要求严格同步,数字显示必须准确可靠。因此在装调中,需要全面仔细考虑各方面的因素,确立一套完整的、可靠的装调程序,才能达到仪器的精度要求。本仪器的光学系统如图1所示:
Grating double monochromator out of two C-T monochromator in series, and its wavelength scan is a stepper motor driven by a sine mechanism to achieve the use of the principle of moiré wavelength digital display. Instrument has the ability to distinguish high, high-precision wavelength, spurious radiation, wide band range and so on. The instrument has two gratings, there are two can be replaced with other bands equipped with grating. When using two monochromators require strict synchronization, the digital display must be accurate and reliable. Therefore, the installation and adjustment, the need to fully consider all aspects of factors, to establish a complete set, reliable installation procedures, in order to achieve the accuracy of the instrument requirements.
