我省从1985年设立第一家台资企业起,经过10多年的发展,特别是近几年的持续快速增长,利用台资工作已取得相当成效。据台办系统口径统计,截至2002年底止(以下凡累计数截止时间相同),全省累计批准台资企业4418家,合同利用台资104.33亿美元,分别约占全省利用外资的18%和28%,在我省吸收利用外资的国家和地区中仅次于港资,居第2位。累计台资企业数在祖国大陆各省市中列广东、江苏、福建、山东、上海之后,排第6位,累计合同台资额则列江苏、广东、福建之后,排第4位。近几年,我省新增台资数连年创下新 Since the establishment of the first Taiwan-funded enterprise in 1985, after more than 10 years of development, especially in recent years, our province has made remarkable achievements in utilizing Taiwan-funded work. According to statistics of the Taiwan Affairs Office system, as of the end of 2002 (the same as below), the province has totally approved 4,418 Taiwanese-funded enterprises with a contractual capital of 10.433 billion U.S. dollars, accounting for 18% of the total foreign investment in the province and 28%, second only to Hong Kong capital in the absorption of foreign investment in our province and second place. The total number of Taiwan-funded enterprises ranked 6th among the provinces and municipalities in the mother mainland after the provinces of Guangdong, Jiangsu, Fujian, Shandong and Shanghai.
