几年来,深圳高级技校在实践中逐步探索出一套适合学校实际的校企合作培养高技能人才的方法,建立起一套较完善的校企合作培养高技能人才制度。学校培养的高技能人才深受企业的欢迎,一批国际知名的大公司,如一汽丰田汽车销售有限公司、迅达(中国)电梯有限公司、联想集团等企业与学校签署了合作协议,为学校教学改革,学生实习、就业,师资培训提供了有力支持,提高了学校高技能人才培养质量,提升了毕业生岗位适应能力,推动了学校稳步发展。2006年11月,学校针对办学质量和校企合作教学成果开展了“三满意度”调查,结果显示,2006届毕业生满意率为93.81%,毕业生家长满意率为94%,用人单位满意率为98.05%,2006届毕业生一次性就业率达96.8%。

In November 2006, the school conducted “three satisfaction surveys” on the quality of running schools and the cooperation between schools and enterprises. The results showed that the satisfaction rate of graduates in 2006 was 93.81%, that of parents of graduates was 94%, and the satisfaction rate of employers 98.05%, 2006 one-time employment rate of graduates 96.8%.
