目的观察多波长激光联合卵磷脂络合碘治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(CSC)的临床疗效。方法将确诊为CSC并排除其他眼疾的患者(37眼)分为多波长激光联合卵磷脂络合碘治疗组(联合组)、单纯多波长激光治疗组(激光组)、单纯卵磷脂络合碘治疗组(药物组),分别于治疗后2、4周和3个月观察视力、眼底,并在3个月时复查眼底血管荧光造影(FFA)。结果联合组和激光组疗效显著优于药物组,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.001);而前两者之间在2周时差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在4周和3个月时差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3个月时FFA结果显示,联合组和激光组渗漏全部停止,药物组有3例仍有渗漏,但程度减轻。结论多波长激光光凝治疗CSC疗效确切,尤其是黄光的应用增加了光凝的安全性。激光联合碘剂对光凝后视力恢复有明显促进作用,单纯药物治疗疗程长,且视力有不完全恢复可能。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of multi-wavelength laser combined with lecithin complex iodine in the treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC). Methods Thirty-seven eyes diagnosed as CSC and excluded other eye diseases were divided into three groups: multi-wavelength laser combined with lecithin iodine treatment group (combination group), simple multiwavelength laser treatment group (laser group), lecithin iodine alone The treatment group (drug group), visual acuity and fundus were observed at 2, 4 and 3 months after treatment, and fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) was reviewed at 3 months. Results The efficacy of combination group and laser group was significantly better than that of drug group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.001). However, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant at 2 weeks (P <0.05) There was no significant difference at 3 months (P> 0.05). FFA results at 3 months showed that all patients in the combination group and the laser group stopped their leakage, and three patients in the drug group still had leakage, but the degree of reduction was still low. Conclusion Multi-wavelength laser photocoagulation is effective in the treatment of CSC, especially the application of yellow light increases the safety of photocoagulation. Laser combined with iodine on visual acuity after photocoagulation significantly improved the role of recovery, simple drug therapy course, and vision may not be fully restored.
