居室环境的好坏,直接影响着人体的健康与寿命,不可忽视。 居室光照 阳光对人体健康十分重要,国外有句谚语“阳光不到的地方是医生常去的地方”。在一切光照中,对人体健康最为有益的首推太阳光,因它除可见光外,还有红外线、紫外线。红外线有着很强的穿透力,对人体的作用是热刺激,引起反射性扩张,使血液加快,促进机体的新陈代谢。接受适当的紫外线照射,在儿童可防佝偻病,老年人可减轻骨质疏松;紫外线还有杀菌、消毒作用。随着城市高楼大厦的兴建,建筑物密集,太阳光照不足的影响在增加,因此,要注意用其它方式加以补偿。比如经常打开门窗,让阳光折射或反射;经常把被、褥放到阳光下曝晒,以达到杀菌、消毒目的,科学地使用灯光等非自然光,也可促进人体健康与防治某些疾病;长时间伏案工作要多到室外散步,多接受阳光,尽量采用光谱色较全面的“日光色”荧光灯,少用“白冷色“荧光灯。
