随着现代空分技术的发展,如今国内外空分设备向大型化发展的步伐越来越快。大型及特大型精馏塔是空分设备当中的重要组成部分,其中上塔、粗氩塔、精氩塔一般都采用填料塔,而下塔则采用筛板塔和填料塔两种方案,并且随着空分技术的进步,下塔采用填料塔技术的优势越来越大,笔者从塔径、塔高、变负荷范围及能耗方面做了比较,同时详尽阐述了两种塔在空分装置当中的应用及设计原理,希望能促进气体分离行业的发展和进步。
